Its good to be reminded every so often of the things in our life we our grateful to have and to take care of them!! For instance this earth! The choices we make today, may not have an immediate effect but 30-50 years from now the results from our actions will show, and I'm sure each and every one of us want to leave a home for the next generation including our children orr future children! ,that is well cared for and clean! Things you can do today to effect the future tommorow: -SAVE WATER!!! (wait until your dishwasher is full before running it!, do full loads of laundry, this is a lil weird but I read if you but a brick in a plastic bag and put it in the back of your toilet you can save up to a GALLON of water with every flush! and are hour long showers really necessary!?!?) -CONSERVE ELECTRICITY!!! (Turn off lights and appliances when your not in the room!, Don't stand with the Refrigerator door open...I know thats hard especially if your indecisive like me haha, Turn off your computer monitors when its not in use!!, Replace your light bulbs with energy conserving ones!) -RECYCLE!! ( Have a seperate bin for your empty bottles and cans, Use tupperware instead of plastic baggies!!It takes more than 100 years for a plastic sandwich bag to biodegrade in a landfill!!, Know about the recycling programs in your area!) Theres lots more besides what I listed above that we can all do to make a difference!  Just remember that even the smallest actions we take that are positive, turn into something bigger in the long run no matter what the cause!!!! We have been spending late nights writing some brand new wicked material sitting in my basement with a smoky old school fireplace.....Pretty sure we were reminded why everyone now adays has Electric Fires....saves your lungs and home from being infested by thick smoke and doesnt defeat the purpose of actually having a fire because you dont have to open every window in the house to breathe again haha...buuut hey it inspired a verse to a new song so it all happens for a reason right ;) Speaking of inspiration.....i find it really interesting to see how every artist in this industry plays off one another whether it be being inspired by an idea for 100 yrs ago or yesterday everyone is a part of the circle...my most recent encounter was with 2 of my favorite songs...the videos are very similar but yet completely different in ways. The band and myself are getting pumped for the big show coming up where we got to rock out some new tunes for everyone and raise money for the calgary scope society (www.calgaryscope.org) Its just really amazing to be able to do what we love to do and to have it benefit the lives of others!!! To every action there is a reaction! Just like listening to music, the more outlets you expose yourself to the more inspiration comes along and hits u at different angles!
